Therefore, demethylation can be used as a new direction in cancer treatment to monitor the dynamics of the disease.

Intended Use

This kit is a real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of DNA methylation in gene SDC2, SEPTIN9 and TFPI2 Gene in human genomic DNA extracted from stool sample.
